Patrick O’Keefe serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director for the United States. In this role, he leads the integration of CH2M’s six business groups across the firm’s geographic platform in the U.S.
Most recently, Patrick served as CH2M’s Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs. In this role, he was the firm’s lead executive for all government affairs, media, community relations, corporate communications, branding and enterprise marketing functions.
Prior to his current role, Patrick served as Senior Vice President in CH2M’s former Government, Environment and Nuclear division. In that role, he was a key integrator for the firm’s business development and planning activities for national government clients across the globe. Previously, Patrick was also the key staff person for the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the rest of the executives in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer for a host of activities, including internal and external communications regarding the firm’s strategic vision, client interfaces, strategic planning for the enterprise and quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
From 2002 to 2005, Patrick was the Manager of Closure Support and Communications for Kaiser-Hill, a CH2M joint venture, at the Rocky Flats Closure Project. The USD7 billion project represented one of the largest and most complex environmental restoration efforts, converting a former nuclear weapons facility to a National Wildlife refuge.
