Sarah J. Bohnenkamp is a Business & Leadership Coach • Keynote Speaker • Workshop & Retreat Facilitator • and Communication Consultant. She believes communication is code for leadership and challenges those she works with to strive for anti-average to drive true change.

Sarah works out of the Denver area with clients around the world specializing in cultivating powerful leadership and business brands and sustainable leadership and communication systems. She also privately coaches a handful of high-performing leaders and entrepreneurs who serve creative communication, Western, agriculture, and adventure-inspired industries.

From becoming a world-class rodeo queen (who lived in an apartment vs a ranch, and had to borrow her first pair of official “queen boots”), to quickly moving from training coordinator to director in the financial world, to then graduating to the C-Suite in an industry she’d never fathomed leading (in agriculture), where she raised more than a million dollars in project funding and implemented creative leadership development and professional development strategies, to leaving the safety of her corporate job in 2015 to launch her own coaching & consulting business, Sarah’s navigated life in an anti-average way.

She loves working with passionate leaders, entrepreneurs, and global businesses who aren’t afraid to touch uncomfortable truths so they can solve the most epic problems of our time (including issues impacting hunger, health, poverty, climate, education, and equality), and she ultimately helps people develop stronger allergies to living average and discipline to blaze epic trails! #antiaverage
