Know Before You Go

Thank you for registering for the 2019 AgInnovation Summit on December 5 & 6 at Lory Student Center on the CSU Fort Collins campus.

A printed ticket is NOT required for entry to the event as your name will be on an attendee list at registration - we appreciate your help in keeping our event green.


Registration check-in will take place outside the Grand Ballrooms of the Lory Student Center (Level 300), on Thursday, December 5 from 2:00-6:30 pm and Friday, December 6 from 7:15-9:00 am.

Late arrivals can pick up their materials at the conference information booth in this same location throughout the day on Friday.

Your conference registration includes parking in any "A-permit" lot on campus - we recommend the Laurel Street and Morgan Library parking lots adjacent to the LSC.  You MUST obtain a hang tag to park in A-permit lots between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Event volunteers with hang tags will be stationed in the Laurel and Morgan lots during peak times on Thursday and Friday:

  • Thursday from 12-1 pm (for the optional EPA session) and 2-3 pm
  • Friday from 7-9 am

If you arrive outside of these windows or miss one of our volunteers, you can obtain a hang tag at the registration table outside the ballrooms.


Groome Transportation provides hourly service between Denver International Airport and Fort Collins with a stop at the Fort Collins Hilton.  Please visit here for more information.


The program will begin at 2:30 pm on Thursday, December 5, with the opening reception at 5:15 pm. The full-day plenary session runs from 8:00 am-5:00 pm on Friday, December 6, with a hot breakfast buffet opening at 7:30 am.

Summit attire is business casual.

Please wear your conference badge at all times to access sessions, meal functions and social activities.

Due to the business nature of the event, spouses and guests are not permitted to attend sessions or meals.


We will livestream Friday’s plenary session – we encourage you to share this link with those in your network who are unable to attend in-person: It will also be accessible via the home page on Friday.
